Please note that priority booking for 2018 will be given to 2017 guests, who will have a fortnight from when they return home to confirm whether they should like the same dates in 2018. Dates not re-booked will then be released after this fortnight.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks before you travel. If you are booking a last minute holiday and there is less than 6 weeks before your stay begins, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
Ajax is a non-smoking property and is not suitable for children under 5 years old.
We regret we cannot accommodate dogs.
Enquiries and Bookings
Ajax is normally let on a weekly basis – Friday to Friday. However, outside of the high season and school holidays we are happy to try and accommodate short breaks/ long weekends. Let us know the dates you are thinking of and we will see what we can do!
The tariff for 2017 can be found below. Prices include wi-fi, electricity, bedlinen and towels, but not beach towels. The beds will all be made up for you upon your arrival and you will be provided with a change of bedlinen and towels halfway through your stay if you are staying for more than a week.

Cancellations and Insurance
In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable and the full cost will be charged unless Ajax can be re-let. For this reason holiday insurance is strongly advised.
